Physical Aspect: Beige powder, slightly granulated.

Chemical Composition: “Amigel” – It is a mixture of selected gels, purified andsterifiedmixed starch with the addition of suitable softeners and antistatic.

PH: 6.6%

Moisture: 10%

It avoids stains on the yarn when the sizing machine stops, making the second quality fall in a very notable way.

Presentation:
Bags of 25 kg, containing 10 small bags of 2.5 Kg each. The quantity of Supersize added in recipes may vary from 10 to 15% in relation to the quantity of starch used, according to customers own needs.

Can be used with all types of starch:

corn, tapioca, potato, wheat, and rice.

Our products are entirely biodegradable & ecological.
They can be used in any kind of equipment.
Great steam economy, reaching the boiling point, the product is ready to be used in the sizing machine, 2 minutes (High pressure) or 5 minutes (Open Kettle).
Viscosity and concentration do not vary from the beginning to the end of the sizing process.

During the sizing process it is appreciated:
1- No powder under the looms.
2- It doesn´t obstruct tubing.
3- No additives are necessary.
It can be storage for a long time without any quality alteration or change.
It can be use for Ring, for Open End, and yarns.
It can also used to size Blue indigo by rope or by continuous process.
98% efficiency can be obtainer on high speed looms.
No stains are produced at stops of sizing machine, reducing the second quality percentage to 0.08 % each 100mts.
No polymerization on yarns neither break of needles is observed, due it doesn’t contain PVA, CMC, or Acrylics.
Excellent stiffness in all the process (6.5 – 15 lbs).
If by any reason the sizing machine stops for a long time the yarn does not stick together, it is only needed to return the temperature level to 80/90 degrees in the sizing box.
